I went ballistic myself and got myself kicked out, couldnt go through with it, maybe its my ego but I couldnt staand being a number and kissing ass. I have thought about this a lot and wonder if I was still in there I would be the one firing rockets. But I am so glad I feel I made the right choice and got out. To me there is something about dropping bombs, firing missiles, drones even more that just aint right.For mine I think if your giong to fight lets go back to good old swords the whole game of war and killing has just gone mad from the machine gun onwards. there were those who thought the machine gun would end wars, now we have remote controlled drones practically hidden in the sky firing down on people sitting in their homes, driving a car or riding a donkey.Not right, cowardly even, so so cold, impersonal.I may be old fashioned and I have never killed anyone but if I did I would want to look them in the eye, so they know why. Anyhow I am a lover and not a fighter so I will end with a quote from the great Master - love your enemies also. We really are brothers at the end of the day, intersting game tho eh! What if other countries had drones and use on us? ... How would we feel? act? Power usually corrupts...! Technology can be used for good and bad and that sometimes is a matter of perspective... My bottom line thought is that this beats starting ground wars... sending in troops... but those carrying out actions are responsible for mistakes and should be legally accountable... My concern is where does this lead... When are we going to spend a more balanced amount of money on solutions to living with billions of humans and the rest of Nature's species on Mother earth? Something to ponder?…
