The Thai govt gives our green manure seeds free to farmers and HDPE irrigation pipe a can be bought for a fraction of the cost of blue PVC. I'm a retiree in the rural north whose access to gardens are but the 20x22m lot our home sits upon. Still, our small land supplies much of the needs for a household of 6. And the weather here is great for growing - once one gets the seasons understood and clay soil gets amended. Then its a matter of supporting nature in having the right things with enough time.
