		<description>Using swales as pathways makes so much sense. When you have plantings that get water effortlessly, they will grow really well and you will need access to get their yields whether it is for fruit &amp; nut trees, berry shrubs or vegetable gardens. I love the beaver dam graphic; it makes so much sense to observe what nature has already figured out.</description>

		<description>Beavers in Alberta (south end of Wood Buffalo Nation Park) have built the largest water dam known to exist. Twice the length of the Hoover dam, you can see it from space. Talk about ecosystem managers.</description>
