		<description>Wonderful article! Really helped confirm our path is for the better now matter how hard it is to wait for the rest of society to catch on. Had a good laugh at the &quot;My Cubicle&quot; video! I think we would be horrified at the number of people that live like that and won&#039;t admit that it, well... sucks. Its a big step to take to get out of it. 

Its a little confronting but I&#039;d recommend reading &quot;Endgame&quot; by Derrick Jensen. Check it out, I dare you....</description>

		<description>I googled a little and found that the telemors are suited on the end of the cromosomes. If you exercise a minimum og 3 hours each week your body, or telemors, will be 10 years younger than for a person who doesnt exercise.</description>
