		<description>Nice story Sarina. Just want to mention to readers that non-composted organic material uses nitrogen in the decomposing process (it&#039;s called Nitrogen draw down). Nitrogen promotes foliage growth so the leaves will yellow if they are affected. If you are careful to keep non-composted material on top it acts as mulch as it is breaking down.</description>
