		<description>Right as always!  Has anyone added up the *actual* and the *potential* production of renewable energy from all presently-feasible sources in their region?  e.g. wind turbines, photovoltaics, (micro)hydro, tide, wind, biomass, ...  
   Then we might know how much renewable energy to lobby for and how much society must cut down their energy use!</description>
