It was ok. I was hoping for a lot more useful information. I think if it had been sold as a box set of 3 disk complete with how to information it would have been a lot better. Maybe 2.5 stars.

It was a great DVD, but I agree that some more information on practical implementation would have been handy; will just have to perform some additional research myself.
