		<description>Well, I am not sure, but it may be that you&#039;re wrong about Bosnia and Herzegovina.

While it is possible that there&#039;s no much top soil simply because of overgrazing and deforestation (they say Venice is built on tree logs from Croatian mountain forests), rocky soil is characteristical for that region (salty winds from the sea may destroy the nearby land as well).

I don&#039;t know if there were ancient forests before, but I also don&#039;t know anybody here who blaims our civilization for bad soil conditions.</description>
